What is blocked feminine energy?
Blocked feminine energy is when your feminine energy is unbalanced and you are operating in more of a masculine energy flow. The two are opposites of the same coin. Masculine energy deals with motion. The act of doing. The act of solving.
How do you know if your feminine energy is blocked?
By the things you do, think and say. Yep! It's that simple. Below is a list. Ask yourself these questions.
- Do you feel guilty resting and being still. You always feel the need to be constantly being productive?
- Are you a control freak? Do you have to be in control over everything? Let go and let Yah!
- Are you logical? Do you lack intuition? Do you trust your gut? I know, I know...that was three in one. But, do you see a pattern here?
- Do you have a strong need to prove yourself. Are you looking for validation?
- Do you hate asking for help and depending on others?
- Have you experienced some past trauma and or abuse in your womanhood that you haven't heal from...yet?
- Do you find yourself competing with men to impress them?
- Do you find that feminine energy men are attracted to you? (Read my article on different types of men)
- Is it difficult for you to express your feelings?
- Do you feel as if showing vulnerability is a weakness?
- Is it easier to be unhappy than joyful?
- Do you are disconnected with your sexuality.
- Do you neglect your self-care routines.
- Do you think suffering is apart of the process.
- Do you lack creativity or think that you do?
These are a few characteristics that will let you know if you need help balancing your feminine energy. Below I will list a few ways to help you now.
Unblocking your feminine energy
What the hell is that?! I know it's a lot that I'm asking from you. First, I want you to know what feminine energy is. Then I want to talk about symptoms of blocked feminine energy, and now I want you to read about unblocking this thing we call divine feminine energy. How dare I ask of you such a daunting task? Easily. Stop with the mediocrity. Learn something to help you. Invest in you. I digress. However, I felt some push back. Keep reading.
The first step to unblocking is simple, yet hard for so many. I should know, it took me some time to do it...heal. If you're harboring any hurt or resentment towards yourself. Please forgive yourself, and start the process of healing. I'm going to list a few more below.
- Confront the areas in your life where you feel a void
- Sit with those areas
- Acknowledge what they are (Abandonment issues, enragement, depression, unhealthy relationships, self-doubt, etc.)
- Let go of control (Remember...let go and let Yah!)
- Practice mindfulness
- Practice self-care
- Implement creative expression into your routine
- Seek a safe environment where you can seek support to express your true self
- Learn to tap into and connect with your emotions
