All purchases of digital products, courses, coaching sessions, and consultations are non-refundable due to the nature of the services provided. A security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session and compensate for the preparation and customization of your program. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, are non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be forfeited.

For tangible products (e.g., books, artwork, merchandise), returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
